Guided meditations work especially well for manifestation because they bypass your usual mental chatter and speak directly to the receptive subconscious mind. When you are relaxed, focused, and breathing slowly, your brain shifts into a state where new beliefs can actually take root.

The scripts below are written for you to read slowly, record in your own voice, or simply read quietly before sleep or meditation. Take your time with each line. Let the pauses breathe.

Script 1: Abundance and Receiving (10 Minutes)

Find a comfortable position. Close your eyes. Take three slow, deep breaths. With each exhale, let your body soften a little more into the surface beneath you.

Breathe in. Breathe out. There is nothing you need to do right now. Nowhere you need to be. You are here, and that is enough.

Imagine a warm, golden light beginning at the crown of your head. With each breath, this light moves slowly downward through your body. Through your forehead, your eyes, your jaw. Let your tongue soften in your mouth. Let your shoulders drop. Let your chest open.

This light moves through your heart, your belly, your hips, your legs, all the way down to your feet. You are fully held. Fully safe. Fully present.

Now bring to mind something you deeply desire. Do not force it. Let it arise naturally. See it softly, like holding something precious and delicate in your open hands.

Feel what it would feel like to already have this. Not the striving toward it, but the having of it. The ease. The gratitude. The quiet joy of knowing that what you wanted is now yours. Stay in this feeling for a few moments. Let it fill your chest.

Say quietly to yourself: I am open. I am worthy. I receive. Breathe deeply. Let those words settle into every cell of your body.

When you are ready, slowly bring your awareness back to the room. Wiggle your fingers. Take one full breath. Open your eyes gently.

"The most powerful state for receiving is one of relaxed openness. Meditation creates that state. What you do inside it plants the seeds."

Script 2: Releasing What Blocks You (8 Minutes)

Sit comfortably. Close your eyes. Breathe in through your nose for four counts. Breathe out through your mouth for six. Repeat this three times.

Imagine you are sitting beside a quiet river. The water moves gently, unhurried. The sun is warm on your skin. You feel completely at peace here.

As you sit by the river, you begin to notice thoughts and feelings arising. Old fears. Old stories. Beliefs that were never really yours to carry. You do not fight them. You simply notice each one, place it gently on the surface of the water, and watch it float away downstream.

"I release the belief that I am not enough." Watch it float away. "I release the fear that things cannot change." Watch it float away. "I release the story that I do not deserve what I desire." Watch it float away.

With each release, feel something lighter in your chest. More space. More openness. More room for something new.

Take one final deep breath and whisper silently: I am ready. I am clear. I am open to what is coming.

Gently return your awareness to the room. Open your eyes when you are ready.

How to Use These Scripts

  • Record yourself reading the script in a slow, calm voice and play it back during your practice.
  • Read one script slowly before sleep for 7 consecutive nights and journal what you notice each morning.
  • Pause at each instruction for a full breath before continuing. Rushing defeats the purpose.
  • Personalize the scripts: add the specific name of your desire, your specific limiting belief, your specific goal.
  • Practice in the same space and at the same time each day to create a powerful ritual anchor.

Post-Meditation Affirmations

  • I emerged from this meditation more aligned, more open, and more ready.
  • My subconscious mind is receiving and integrating new, empowering beliefs.
  • I trust the quiet work happening beneath the surface of my awareness.
  • Each meditation session brings me closer to the life I am creating.
  • I am worthy of peace, abundance, and everything I have been calling in.

A Note on Consistency

One meditation session opens a door. Consistent daily practice walks you through it. Even five minutes of genuine, intentional practice each day will produce more transformation than an hour-long session once a week. Show up for yourself in small, faithful ways. The results will be anything but small.
